In this project I'm responsible for the development and customization, testing, support of Vantive Field Service modules here called as Workforce Management.

In this Module I have worked on following sub modules

• Work Plan, Work Plan Activities, Association of Product with Work Plan Activities.. Definition of Materials which will be used in work plan and work plan activities and association of it with these.
• Master Plan to which one or more Work Plans can be associated with Service Level Agreement and Provisioning action. Association of Master Product with Master Plan. This will be used when Service is configured using this Product to create a Work Order for each work plan.
• Creation of Service Request for the Product, creation of Service Order using Product & Master plan Association. Service Order has all work plans which are associated with Master plan for providing a service for a Product of Customer.
• These Service Orders are converted to Work order and then each work activity is executed sequentially Or simultaneously as defined in the Work Plan.
• Designed and developed and implemented Work Order generation for the Virtual Private Networks(VPN) class complex products.
• Resource Management manages the Service Provider Groups and Service Provider Members and their Skills and Schedules. These are actually going to work on a work order. When there is change in Work Order, Work Order Activity Or Service Order, Provider Group/Member is notified about it using Email, Fax or Vantive Inbox.
• Bulk SIM Card Pre-activation for pre-activating SIM cards in bulk. This module is developed as Sim Card Pre-activation request which when submitted does the pre-activation of SIM cards using Automatic Serivce Activation.
• Customized Vantive Notification Process for providing a user defined notification medium like Email and Fax where Vantive Object Report can be send as Email Or Fax to the Recipient.
• MS Word integration with Vantive for generating reports using word templates.

It helps in processing mortgage application from Quotation to fund release through the user-defined workflow and macro's. When application is processed, MAPS transfers it to the SUMMIT system as Mortgage, which takes care of further processing.
